Partner went in to shop last night around 8pm with our 10 year old daughter. When they got to the counter she looked at both my partner and daughter and very rudely and abruptly asked them both for ID. Confused as nothing that they were purchasing was a product that would require ID prior to sale ! The lady serving continued to demand ID in a rather rude way until my partner questioned what the ID was needed for. She then laughed and said oh I thought it was loads of alcohol, without an apology. Very poor customer service.

Always really friendly staff and excellent customer service at the Kibworth CO-op
I have finally getting use to navigating around the new shop layout at the Kibworth CO-op too.
It's been a lot easier for me to find the food and drink that I want to buy at their shop.
Really impressed with their vegan and vegetarian range of food options at this shop too.
One of my faves is their Blueberry Muffin and Cocoa Orange Nakd Gluten, Dairy, Chocolate and Sugar fruit protein bars that they sell at this shop.
I also like the fact that they have a bench to sit on when you need a rest which is a great idea for people with mobility issues.
It's been a lot easier to navigate the shop while I'm in my wheel chair too.

Great store with all that we needed for out Air BnB stay nearby and good parking bays! (nice and big so you don't get your doors dinged).
