Go in this store to buy tops up for the fridge, today I went in to get milk, bread and snacks for the kids I had the 2 beers for £5 offer also in my basket, I was refused the sale cos my daughter was with me, what a complete and utter joke, wasnt asked for ID just refused to serve me cos I had my daughter with me and she said it's a funny age!!! ? She wasn't buying at the till I was,Are you not meant to ask for ID if your unsure anyway?? Instead you have lost customers and I will tell others about this poor service too!

Customer service is poor here. The staff are too busy chatting to each other on their headsets to bother with speaking to the customer. Prices are reasonable, but the staff would put me off visiting here again.

Most staff are really friendly but it drives me mad when they are having a conversation on their headset whilst serving. Thats pretty rude!

A well stocked shop with a variety of choices in food and drink. This co-op is going through a revamp presently, and it's looking better for it. Friendly staff also.

Just visited the Barwell store, there?s a sign on the shelf offering 2 pizza?s for £7 Margherita/Chicken, when going to the counter I was asked for £12.90 and told the offer isnt for 2 pizza?s but for 1 pizza and 1 garlic bread, when the sign clearly states 2 for £7!! See for yourself with this image! Co-operative Food! You should be ashamed for this mis-selling! Also if there is an offer displayed it should be honoured, not your customers turned away empty handed! Also may I add there is maybe 15 pizza?s in store with no garlic bread in stock which the supposed offer is offering! I will not be returning and instead shop with One Stop who value their customers!
