Awful customer service, a pair of shoes which rub on my daughter?s feet, they were fitted by a Clarks member of staff but because she wore them to school and they rubbed they will not do anything. I took them back to the store last night - as my daughter says they are tight on her toes. She did wear them around the house before hand to try and break them in. We have never had a problem with Clark?s shoes having to break in before. They apparently fit - even though now I?ve been told they shouldn?t have a thumbs length of growing room as that?s too much - even though that?s what Clark?s always say in the past! Just a joke! I will never purchase another pair of shoes unless there is better customer service!

The shoes here are truly horrendous quality, especially considering the price. Avoid!

I was so impressed with my experience at Clarks at Fosse Park, particularly due to the time, care, attention to detail and very delightful personality of Sara, who was so very thorough in her approach and covered all the options to ensure that myself and my mother in law achieved the best result.
A bit thank you to Sara,, and the staff, for such a great approach to the customers and ensuring, also, that we were able to make our own decisions based on the advice and information given to us.
It has to be the first time since my very early years that I have actually had my feet measured. I also didn't realise the extent of half sizes and width fittings available, as well as ranges.
We were both very happy indeed to have achieved our objectives with our purchases. Thank you very much.

Talisha. Was very good at her job and got me the right pair of shoes which was wide fitting and very comfortable.

Good when buying first shoes for toddlers. You can get the feet of your little one measured properly and then be given the right size, which is more in-depth breakdown than standard outlets boxed off shoes with the usual sizing.
Apart from that, there are not many choices, neither for adults nor teenagers.

Bought shoes online from Clark?s , shipped from Clark?s outlet . Fosse park branch refused to take them back the day after arrival ! Absurd policy . I?ll stick to other shops from now on . Horrendous customer service

Little disappointed , we were being served and then the assistant left us and someone else had to help.
Little choice in school shoes too.

I went to buy the shoe for my son at around 7:40 PM, the staff kept pushing me away that they are closing, the closing time was 8 PM, but everyone wants myself, my wife and son out as soon as possible as if they are giving the shoe for free, atlas we chose the shoe, even when I was opening up my app to pay the bill, they were pushing me to pay quickly, there was still few minutes time. Guys, don't treat customers as if you are giving the shoe for free

Very friendly staff and always helpful. I needed a couple of pair of shoes for different occasions and I was greeted by a very friendly and helpful young lady called Zahra. I told her exactly the kind of style I was after and she helped me choose the right pairs in no time. She wasn't pushing for a sale but she was just trying to be genuine and helpful which is a perfect example of how shop assistants should be treating the customers. I hope Clarks realise and appreciate how valuable this young lady is at their store. Clarks have comfortable shoes for the men and they last so always highly recommended.

Staff go on long breaks at busy times. Making long queues longer than necessary. Management could do better
