A large selection of books to browse through. I've made multiple trips to Leicester to visit a friend, and I always pop in and pick up a few books here, plenty to pick from. I've never been disappointed as the choice is always changing and cheap.

Ordered a specialist academic book from Clarendon to be shipped from their store in Leicester to Belgium. Anyone living in Europe now can understand how unfortunate the postal service between the UK and here has become, and circumstances beyond our control meant Julian (the proprietor) had to divert the order through my family's address at home. Julian and the Clarendon team were understanding and accommodating throughout and went to great lengths to make our situation as smooth as possible. My only regret is not being able to visit the shop in person, because they have a fantastic collection too! Easily one of the most comfortable customer service experiences I've had, and the order was processed and shipped timely, the book itself in great condition. No better in Leicester; thanks guys!

Always worth walking across the park from the university campus to see what treats Clarendon Books have in store for you. There's nothing better for the true bibliophile than a good second-hand bookshop, and this place is one of the best in Leicester. Lots of collectable hardbacks, plenty of cheap paperbacks, and staff who are both knowledgeable and friendly.
