nice little shop, very beautiful inside and good service. use it regularly especially for take away. dine in is best at london road branch but if you want a quick dessert then dine in is ok here too.

Worst experience of with this shop today i went there round 7:00pm i ordered rose falooda i requested them i am pregnant i want little bit ice they take my order i paid money then there was a girl who was screaming on me that who put ice in falooda and i was so upset i told her to give my money back then also she was shouting on me am on 7 months right i don?t have strength to fight with anyone i didn?t her anything but she don?t know how to handle a customer or pregnant lady she is wearing glasses i don?t know her name but am very upset she hurt me badly never want to there again worst people worst experience thank you god see everything guys how you guys are treating your customers

I?ve been a customer of Chocoberry since it first opened and have always enjoyed their desserts. I visited today with my family. After the usual long wait, our food was finally served, and we ate in.
After finishing, our 3-year-old urgently needed the toilet. We asked the staff for help, explaining it was an emergency. One of the staff members first claimed she didn?t know the door code, even though I had seen her open it earlier. She said she?d go ask for permission but never came back.
As our child got more desperate, I asked another staff member, but she just said ?we can?t.?
We ended up rushing to a nearby restaurant, Desi Khazana, where the staff immediately let us use their toilet after seeing the situation. I?ll be leaving them a great review for their kindness.
I understand Chocoberry may have policies about toilet use, but refusing a small child who just ate there - especially in an emergency - is really disappointing. Sadly, I don?t think I?ll be going back.

This place is shocking. Placed an order from Deliveroo and called with a special request (to change a sauce due to allergy) - which they first refused to accommodate. The lady on the phone actually started shouting at me and later seemed to calm down (only when I matched her tone) and said they would do the order as per my request and told me it's been done and sent to the driver.
2 minutes later, the cafe cancelled my order and when I called to question why, they said they would call me back. They didn't, and then intentionally stopped answering my calls.
Would certainly never order from there again.
Absolutely disgusting customer service and a pathetic way to run a business. Do better.

Went here for the first time and it was not a very welcoming atmosphere , the cookies and cream churros weren?t great and definitely not worth £6.00! The milkshake I had was yummy but that was the only positive thing! The staff weren?t friendly and the lady behind the till looks like she doesn?t even want to be there. I will not be returning anytime soon
I?ve seen a previous comment saying this is mainly a takeaway branch but regardless, being polite and giving good service is still important

I had tried the kulfi milkshake as per the recommendtion of staff and girl on the till it was really good because i that i have to re - order the same milkshake.

So i am a huge fan of kunafeh from chocoberry, i usually get it from either the chocoberry at london road or narborough road. And it?s always so delicious. But today i ordered it online from deliveroo from evington road, 2 of them and 1 of them was burnt and second one was not even sweet. Totally different flavours. I wouldn?t go for 1 star because still the food was delivered at right time and everything else was good. Could be one time thing. But i would really appreciate if they maintain the quality standards at every outlet.
