Service was not good sadly as our waitress didn't even look at us. Our food was cold (fortunately they gave us a discount) but for what you get and the prices they charge it really isn't worth it. I don't think the table we sat at had been cleaned as it felt greasy and weird and we had to ask for cutlery. We were forever chasing staff down which isn't great. Especially for minor things.
With that being said, oliver who we laid with was refreshing. If it wasn't for him we would have left even more dissapointed.

Really bad dinner here. It wasn?t even busy but the service from the staff was awful. Waited over an hour for mains as our server just didn?t put it through and when it arrived, the order was wrong and rushed and barely had any fillings. People who had come in after us were served starters and mains and left in the time we got our food. The staff were all disinterested and would rather talk to each other than serve tables, we asked for more drinks from another waitress but she just walked off and didn?t come back or send anyone else over. I wouldn?t come back at all.

What a wonderful welcome from staff especially Grace. Happy to help & talk through some of the menu. What she recommended was lovely as I?m a fussy veggie ?. Always checking if everything was ok with a smile on her face. First time here & won?t be my last, especially if Grace is working!
