Moody server. Just came in and bought some retro PS2 games, asked to have them cleaned in the disc cleaner, he put the discs into the cleaner without the polish liquid and made them worse! Ridiculous

Visited CeX Gallowtree in Leicester, a solid spot if you're into second-hand phones, gaming consoles, and accessories. They?ve got a good selection of reused tech and also offer the option to rent out games, which is a nice touch.
The staff were friendly and helpful ? answered questions and guided me through the options without any pressure. That said, there was quite a long queue, so be prepared to wait, especially during peak hours.
Overall, a good place for affordable tech and gaming gear if you don't mind second-hand. Worth checking out if you?re in the area and looking for decent deals.

Sold me faulty headphones and when tried to return them instead of spending 2 minutes to register a very simple fault of the headphones turning off after 5 seconds of playback, made me wait 40 minutes. Just bad customer service making a bad situation worse, wouldn't recommend, go online.

Shocking customer service. Ordered and paid for a game on 28th Feb, invoiced on March 1st and sent collection details from my daughter, as this was a gift on the 4th. Visited store on the same day to be told the order has expired , the money sent back to where it came from, this hasn?t yet arrived and the order was cancelled. This is an awful way to operate a business and I won?t use this place again, Amazon all the way from now.
