Duty manager lacking in patience and common sense. Refused to release an eBay parcel to my wife, despite her being in possession of the collection email and my photo ID. Now I, as a wheelchair user, need to visit a shop, that?s less than wheelchair friendly, to resolve a matter, that needn?t exist. Bravo Co-op!!!

It has got all the necessary provisions that a small store keeps. Could not do a weekly shop here. Very useful if you have run out of a popular item. Not so good for social distancing as no set numbers allowed into store and narrow alleys.
