My 85 year mother who has limited mobility and various health conditions recently attended the taster day care session that has just opened in Evington Village in Leicester. Mum has never attended a day centre for the elderly before and was a little apprehensive, however she enjoyed the activities and interaction with the staff/attendees.Very early days but I was advised they have several activities in course of the a day which will suit everyone regardless of their mobility and health needs. I was also a little apprehensive however I found the staff to be very professional and caring which was important to our family. The premises/environment was clean and safe. Bathroom facilities and main area/kitchens were also of a good standard and clean. In particular I would like to mention that my/mums interaction with Baljit Singh & Amandeep Kaur was excellent they have a very welcoming/caring yet professional demeanor. The experience was excellent and as such mum wants to continue attending a couple of days a week which is enough reassurance for me. Thank you to all the staff. Keep up the excellent work Leicester team.

Carers Direct Care, have been caring for my father for nearly just over 4 years. I have found the staff that attend to deliver the care very caring and compassionate. I have had no issues with the company or carers. All are willing to help to the best of their ability best. Baljit, the manager has always been very open and approachable, and assists in any way he can.Above all, every effort is made to provide some consistency in the carers that attend, that eases anxiety for my father, as he know who will be attending at what time.I have been ver pleased with all at Carers Direct Homecare.Thank you and keep the good work up.Narinder

??PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY BEFORE JOINING THEM OR THINKING ABOUT HAVING A LOVED ONE LOOKED AFTER ??I would steer clear of this care agency they make it sound really good and nice when infact im paralysed from my shoulders down and since becoming one of there service usersThe communication has been very very poor considering i am a complex care packageI bought my 3 pa's over with me they couldn't provide the staff to care for me they was sending me cv's of potential pa's and was including their personal details like address mobile number email address so breach of General Data Protection regulationsThe nurse Daniel who came out to train the staff wasn't even paying attention even when it came to giving me my medicationThey have now decided that they are dropping my package because i raised a concern that a month and half worth of controlled drugs have gone missingThey let staff work 24hr shifts and only have 1 carer on the day shifts for moving and handling because they can't supply the staffSo their excuse is that i have had drug dealers coming to my property ? when I get medical cannabis supplied for my spasms and pain and that gets delivered i have asked Kaileigh on several occasions to send me the proof she said that she is sending it then 4 hours later she wreckons she has had to email cqc to see if she is allowed to share it they don't care about the clients just the moneyKathKaileighLeahDanielDebbieAnd the rest are useless

We had recently been given 2 choices of care companies for my elderly 95 grandmother. I chose this Care Company Carers Direct as their times were good. I keep tabs on my mum about my grandmothers care four times a day from this company. Omg the Carers are amazing. Shocking to see 3.9 rating. This should be alot higher. The quality of care is outstanding, on time, very understanding of my grandmothers needs, extremely gentle as she is fragile, respecting my mother as well.Even the manager Balbir who I spoke to at the beginning very understanding.Thankyou to all the girls who are still caring for my grandmother Sitaben.From the Family x

I would recommend this care company to everyone. The carers, that we had the pleasure of having for 3 years for my grandmother, were exceptional and we as a family could not be more grateful for them. The owners were also great to contact if anything was wrong or if I had any questions.Great company!
