Wish I could give zero stars for this appalling store and awful service. The man that served me ( long hair in a ponytail, seems to be unpopular by other reviews too! ) clicked his fingers whilst deciding what to order then rushed making my coffee. When asking for caramel based options he then said it?s not Starbucks? avoid, and perhaps actually go to a Starbucks instead of Caffè Nero!

The drinks and the space is good. I am a regular customer here and know most of the staff. However this morning I came in and a middle age woman was so rude to me. She was having this mood and weird attitude. She did not ask if I was drinking in or taking away (normally people do because there is a price difference). Later I saw her putting my drink in a plastic take-away cup, then I asked if she was aware that I was drinking in, just wanted to make sure because drinking in is more expensive. She glanced at me, gave me an attitude as if I was so annoying and said nothing. Very disappointed because the usual staff are so nice and friendly.

Politeness doesn't cost anything yet this branch of cafe Nero has none. The staff that worked there on Tuesday 13th August 2024 around lunchtime ( a bloke with long dark hair ponytail tied back and a blond haired woman in her late 40 early 50 with painted eyebrows) looked absolutely fed up in the air-conditioned cafe Nero and despite me and my husband repeatedly saying thank you and please and smiling at them, ( because that's who we are) got nothing in return. Not a single thank you or a smile. Yet they work with public? Also as we were served coffee, the bloke held the cups from the top of rim, which we found disgusting as that's where you drink from and I don't know if he had washed his hands or not. And when my husband asked for serviettes the lady just basically chucked them at us. So you guessed by now that we won't be going there again.

The seller was very rude and disrespectful and I asked him for an iced vanilla latte but he didn't add vanilla.

Not happy with the fact that while serving me they were speaking with another person in a different language and on top of that they forgot to charge for a drink which I first asked for. If they concentrated on what they were doing they would make all customers feel better. Very disrespectful ??

Decent drink, worst service I think I?ve had from anywhere in my life. Never had an issue ordering what I ordered before, but for some reason this guy felt the need to be pedantic and try to make me look like an idiot.

Already at the entrance you can feel the fragrant aroma of coffee. The boutique interior is relaxing. Minus: not very clean in the room and on the tables, but this is the norm of many establishments in the UK.

New staff. Long time. It had a welcoming and masculine feel to it that complemented my positive attitude and the mother's and babies balancing the spirit of Nero undoubtedly attempting untold discrepancies on the baristas. Ancient creep.

First of all BURNT croissant received today. The time before this, I asked for a butter croissant and arrived at work to find an almond croissant which I didn't like at all!!Don't expect service with a smile either. The baristers are cold and unbothered.
