I went to get coffee on way to work. I scanned the app and paid. Barista said something but I didn't her so said pardon, then she took my phone and left herself a 5 star review on my caffe nero app, she gave my phone back and took the order of next person in line. I was shocked by this

Lazy staff would rather stand around talking to each other rather than serving customers or cleaning tables. They also let non-customers use the toilet all the time, not because they are being nice, it's because they don't care. After waiting 45 mins for a non-customer to exit the toilet I gave up waiting and went elsewhere

The place was closing in the next half an hour so the food we asked for wasn't available at that time. Wasn't that friendly.

I had a very nice experience today. The barista (the girl with scarf) was very kind, it was very refreshing to have a top notch customer service. Will visit again for a nice cup of coffee.

Difficult one to rate. I arrived in Leicester on the train and made my way to the centre. I stopped here and found a small queue but with only one lady serving. Two ladies had a huge order, and two men were in front of me. The lady serving was excellent, efficient with good customer service. I heard her say a colleague had popped out to a shop. She finished serving the two ladies, one man had left ostensibly because he'd been waiting too long then she served me and the other man simultaneously. At this point the other staff member bowled up and it seemed she'd popped to a handbag shop and recommended the other lady go there too for some bargains. I was served my coffee, sat down ate my food and left. The poor scores are no reflection on the lady who was in the store and served us all excellently. Quite obviously if two people had been in the shop the queue would have moved faster, and the other gentleman wouldn't have felt the need to adios elsewhere. Not great really.
