Massive thanks to Burton McCall (Leics, UK) for sorting my old 1991 Swiss Army ?Camper? Knife out. I sent it to them in late Jan with no scales, no keyring, no tweezers and no toothpick advising the tools were so sticky that despite all the usual cleaning tips that I couldn?t access several tools. Having agreed on the repairs they sent it to Switzerland, back to the factory.Last week this arrived back with new Camper scales (as cheekily requested) and a new keyring, new tooth pick and the tweezers replaced too (none of which I asked for nor expected) and a nice little pouch as well.My SAK is like new?beautifully serviced, oiled and they have even sharpened the blades. It was well worth the wait and the £9.98 fee.To say I?m happy to have my old friend back is an understatement. I was slightly reticent about what I?d get back but I?m blown away by the service and quality of workmanship. Burton McCall were professional and virtuous from the initial phone call and right through the entire process. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Sent away my Swiss Army Knife to Burton to get repaired. Got a call one day randomly 6 weeks later to confirm it was being sent back and to request a grand total of £7 for a Swiss Army Knife that looks basically brand new now with all the components polished and replaced. Very happy!

I sent off my trusty Felco 2 Secateurs to be serviced & refurbished as needed. At a fraction of the cost for a new pair, I?m delighted to have received them back today looking like a brand new pair! I would not hesitate to use this service again and recommend them to all. If you?re hesitant, then please don?t be the service is exceptional!

Had a problem with spare part for flask went thru there sister company and they were very helpful put me in touch with with there main company and they couldn't be more helpful solved my issue and were extremely helpfull the y deserve a medal thirty times better than other multi nationals in actually sorting problems and super quick they sorted out my problem quicker than it took me to even get thru to others to get a yes but no answer well done Burton mccall

I sent off my beloved Swiss Army Knife for repair and service, feeling slightly worried I might never see it again as it had to go to Switzerland apparently. Well I got it back today, all fixed cleaned and oiled and good as new. And for free under the lifetime guarantee. I'm delighted and impressed - that's proper old style service!

I returned a Bamix handmixer for repair as I read the motor had a lifetime guarantee. It was over 30yrs old so didn't expect any joy. It couldn't be repaired and AMAZINGLY I was sent a replacement . such great customer service. THANK YOU Anna.

I have a classic stanley bottle flask and occasioanally the stopper fails thank heavans for this marvellous company a replacement sent FOC even in these unusual times BRILLIANT.

Got in touch with Burton McCall to ask if they had a supplier who had the parts I needed to bring an old Maglite back to life. A few days later the parts were on my doorstep (at no cost) and I have a working Maglite again. Fantastic customer service.

Surprisingly unhelpful customer service; they couldn't send a replacement expensive Peugeot pepper mill despite our providing them with image of faulty brand new product and proof of purchase (until we sent them the faulty item; nor would they send out a prepaid label for us to return the faulty item despite the item being faulty on purchase). Need to brush up on keeping customer happy.
