food, spoke to lady who said she was manager, she said have to wait as busy, was rude not going there again and advise to avoid burger king at all cost. Going to buy macdonalds

Food is always BK standard from here, but the service is terrible. went in the drive thru, was asked to wait in the car park. 15 minutes later, other cars that parked up after me have been given their orders. After 15 minutes my partner went in to ask where the food was, she was told we had already received it. We hadn?t. It eventually transpired that they had given my food to a different customer. I then had to wait another 10 minutes to receive my food.
There?s nothing fast about this fast food place

Rude, 1 person in store eating, 1 i. The drive through
Me and my husband stood at the till and asked "is anyone serving the tills" i got a funny look from a young lady and then still stood for another 15 mins before a young lad came and asked for our order (made us feel like an inconvenience, then a customer) due to attitude, we walked out... this issue seen to be on going and tarnished reputation of burger king in this area.

Went after being at the cinema. Ladies toilets were broken, would not flush. Considering it was 9.30 pm, so not busy, several tables were covered in rubbish as was the floor. My whopper was cold. Not even luke warm. Cold. Went to the counter to complain, staff were in the back and didn't come to the counter to assist. Burger king used to be lovely and was always a nice treat. Won't be visiting again I'm afraid.
