Shocking service! Just got shouted at by the worker, that I wasn't allowed to take my tea bag out at the counter. He shouted at me to go and sit down and do it there. There was no queue, no one around the counter and I wasn't in the way. Misogynist men, swaggering about behind the counter. Avoid it!!!

Very poor service. They did not have the drink they accepted the order for...refused to refund and instead told me to wait 15 min until their machine is ready.

The bread was stale. I ordered 2 burgers and both buns were dry and old - not musty or gone off - just not fresh tasting at all. Dry and lost any semblance of squishy springiness.
The ordering process felt de humanised - a forward defence of huge kiosk screens seems to be positioned in a way that indicated / felt they DID NOT want human contact. Must.Order.From.Robot.
Human interaction involved a man shouting numbers at people. I collected my order from him. It was quick and efficient though - but at this branch at least, the magic has died imho.
I would have complained about the burger bun and undoubtedly had it resolved but I was so disengaged from the brand at this point I was put off from interfacing further.
I used to love Burger King. Now - nope.

One of the worst food experiences ever. I chose BG as I prefer their burger food but this was very poor. The service was a number being called and the bag ahoved in front of me. No acknowledgement, no smile, zero human interaction.

Dont bother eating here ...I made the mistake of not looking into the bag to check my order and for the second time now something was missing from the order.My fault for being scammed twice I guess but not a third time refuse to go again.They dont even pour your drink you have to use the machine yourself and the guy didnt even explain just plonked an empty cup on the counter..plain rude staff..be warned !

I wanted somewhere to grab a meal whilst driving at 23:30. Arrived at 23:30 knowing that the website said open until 00:00 but it was all closed up.
