“Jess had been great at my order's placed with her help. But it went missing and I had to wait for it and was credited twenty pounds but I haven't seen it cause I changed my bank account to another bank. Then I received the order that was replaced and I again ordered over the phone with a Asian man who sent out the wrong size beading. No one found the missing order I presume or it has been lost in transit. Then I called via chat and then email's with Julie who has been showing a lot of helpfulness to the issues raised and helping me out at no extra cost. So overall the company has great staff and a occupational pratt.”
