I've been a regular customer of Andy's since 2016.
He's always been very friendly, knowledgeable and amenable.
Always willing to go the extra mile for his customers.
What I particularly like is the way he treats me as an elderly woman driver....he's never downplayed any problem I have had and always treats me in a professional manner.
I would highly recommend anyone to go there for any car related problems or requirements. JoK

DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE UNLESS YOU WANT TO RISK GETTING A PARKING TICKET!!!! We parked legitimately in a parking space and received a £60(£100) fine! We were told by a member of staff that the fine would be cancelled. It wasn't! A total scam!

Bought the Nissan Qashqai from Andy beginning of June.
Had an unexpected problem a few weeks later with the battery - but Andy went above and beyond answering calls out of hours and sorting out this issue within hours. replaced battery and had my car back super quick.
Very happy with the service and would thoroughly recommend Andy and his team to anyone looking for a solid and personal service.

Great serviceOrdered off deliveroo of my partners account but couldn't find a driver and the people at the bp was really helpful there they kept me informed on my order. In the end cancelled order we got taxi there and said the name we ordered from they still had our order packed . , loyal and honest. If I could I'd give them 10/10 stars I woul.d highly T recommend here should be more people like you thankyou

Air line let my tyre DOWN! Absolute disgrace. Needed to inflate my tyres with about 3psi each. I paid, the machine made a funny noise and stopped after about 5 minutes.. As I drove to the next station on Wanlip road; my front left tyre had lost pressure gone from 28psi to 5.9 psi. Very fortunately my car has run flat tyres. The other air machine did all four with time to spare. DO NOT USE BP air!!!!

Following a road collision on the main road the staff at the BP garage went up and Beyond to check me and my family were okay. The cashier at that time even purchased chocolate out of his own pocket for my daughter to calm her down. Too customer services here is top notch for the all of the team!

Just been to BP Queniborough on Melton Road, I visit quite often and the staff are very helpful but I was particularly impressed today by Pritesh who told me it was worth getting the meal deal which saved me some money, he offered to bag up my items and was generally confident and seemed to really care about giving good service. Thank you
