What a pleasure it was to shop at Boss Leicester this evening. The service I received from staff was exceptional. Particularly Vita who was very professional and I would say went that extra mile to make a sale whilst accommodating my demands for sizes and styles. What a great experience. Thank-you to Archie and Bianca as well you make a great team. Keep up the good work . See you again soon.

After my visit to the Leicester store (High Cross) yesterday 30/06/2023 I felt I should take the time to leave a review for the store and a particular young man. I was greeted by the sales assistant Archie who acknowledged me straight away and offered help. I initially did not find anything what I was looking for so I continued my search. later on that day I returned after visiting various high end stores with no luck finding my desired outfit. Archie spotted me and was straight over to again offer his assistance. After a very recent hand injury the shopping trip was harder than usual and quite honestly, my patience was running short with the pain and time I had wasted. Archie gave his advice, ran clothes back and forth as I muddled through getting them on and off. The whole experience was incredible. He asked me about my injury and made me feel at ease. After only visiting the store for a pair of chinos (in the sale) I walked out with exactly what I originally came for but better fitting, a new shirt and 2x pairs of trainers and spending 5x the amount I originally planned. After wasting hours visiting other stores, the level of customer service I received yesterday was something I have never experienced in this type of retail outlet before and nothing was too much trouble, I was even offer a cold bottle of water while he packed my bag. With working in the retail sector myself, you do sometimes pick and have a moan to yourself when treated poorly but I also feel you should give praise where it is due (very rare these days) Archie, if you do read these reviews, thank you so much for your time, the advice you gave and the impeccable service you no doubt give to all of your customers. I hope you get some recognition from this review as you fully deserve it. I don?t think I have ever felt so great about spending money! Keep up the good work young man and never change your style. Very bad customer serviceSpent thousands over the years at Hugo boss and now boss and they couldn't exchang a hoody for fault reasons. Would not recommend shopping at Leicester store

I went into store today to change a Christmas gift, I must say the staff were so helpful and friendly they couldn?t do enough to help. They actually went and looked for all different kinds of jumpers to save me doing so. Absolutely perfect service.

My wife and I visited the store located in the Highcross Shopping centre on the 27 June 2022. My wife had previously called them to check that they had a particular pair of cuff links she?d seen on line. This item was intended for a special gift for someone important.We chose a pair of cuff links which were in a small box and the assistant asked if we?d like them gift wrapped and we agreed. She wrapped them in black tissue paper, she asked another staff member for cello tape but it couldn?t be found so instead used a large sticker with a BOSS logo on it. She then put the badly wrapped box in a large Hugo Boss bag.My wife remarked that the cuff links had been badly wrapped and was not acceptable to be given as a gift and did she not have some cello tape and also the bag was far too large. She called the manger over and she repeated her objection in a calm and patient manner. He replied that we don?t normally gift wrap purchases except at Christmas and don?t have cello tape. His comment was that the bag we?d been given was the smallest they have.My wife said we?d recently bought similar cuff links in BOSS store in Westfield London and they had wrapped it beautifully and the bag was much smaller.His manner was arrogant and patronizing, there was no apology and no attempt at customer service. We couldn?t believe his rudeness and unfriendly approach. He couldn?t care less, we were shocked.At this stage we had already paid for the item, my wife was disappointed and disgusted and said she would like a refund as it was not acceptable to buy an expensive item for a gift and not have it presented in an attractive manner. The assistant agreed to refund the purchase and we left the store, we will certainly not be visiting the store again and nor will our friends.Mr and Mrs Hodgkinson
