No customer service at all!! No manner!! No communication with the customer while we are waiting to be served!! The staff are so rude telling me the tills are closing but no apologies for keeping all of us waiting! The staff don't even know about the boots point card at all!! I had to buy unnecessary stuff because your staff can't do their job right!! Not worth for the money! Also no confidentiality at at all she said the room is locked so tell out side of the room your problems!!??
The last receipt she never gave me even after I asked for it!!

I have ben using this pharmacy for my repeat prescriptions for over 25 years and I must say they do what they are supposed to do. The staff changes a lot so there is no sense of ownership and you cannot create any type of reports as you never meet the same person. But I do not use the chemist for friendship so they do their job well. They are reliable, if they say they call as a medicine is not available, they will. It is a mall shop so you cannot find all you can find in a larger Boots but as a local chemist it is ok. Good car park available. A note: please fix your door as it is soooo hard I need to build muscles to open it!

nice staff but they randomly closed for an hour so I had to go home luckily I don't love to far but it's not too reliable if you're in desperate need of something

9.18 and still not open! Once open then had to wait for staff to set up. Very casual approach to customer service which isn't good enough. Staff chatting idle at back of shop.

Can not adhere to the opening and closing hours, They should put on opening when we get there not professional. Please do not use this pharmacy if you have work and need something urgently before hand wait till a weekend so you are not late for work as the chances of opening on time are slim! It is now 9:10 and they have just opened the shutters and now waiting for them to "set up".

Closed from 13:00 to 14:00 on a Saturday. 14:10 11 people waiting outside, mostly pensioners, while the two female staff sit in the room above the shop giggling and telling stories. Then get an attitude when they get pulled for it. Won?t be using them again.
