I visited Boots for some advice and assistance with medication, and I must say the staff and management were incredibly helpful and supportive. Their professionalism and willingness to assist truly stood out.

Have a flu jab in a few hours and they?ve called now and left a voicemail saying they?re cancelling and can?t do it as ?pharmacist can?t do it as they?re not in?. When I called back, they took ages to answer and then someone else told me it?s ?due to supply?. Then suddenly passed me back to the same person who left the voicemail, who changed the story again and said the pharmacist just isn?t in? Not that they are unwell or anything. Just that they are not in and nothing further. Really frustrating as I had booked time off work and the whole communication is massively unclear. Asked to move appointment to another store for today and said they can?t process that either. Yet on the boots website they are still offering multiple slots there for today- meaning the store haven?t bothered to update the website, so more people can continue to book in for today.

absolutely terrible service with my online prescription. Placed an order online and then I had to ring pharmacy to remind them to order my meds. it took forever.
