“Fantastic service with honest staff! I am a complete novice when it comes to placing a bet and it shows whenever I am in the bookies:). However, I was helped by Ionela to place my bet for the Derby. She was extremely helpful, patient and kind. She was also cheerful and her customer service is a credit to Ladbrokes. Also, I left my debit card behind, a really kind gentleman (customer) came out of the shop and ran up to me and handed me my card.
