Avoid choosing this company if you value reliable and trustworthy work. Although the job itself was satisfactory, my main concern lies with the owner's lack of accountability. We were assured a lifetime guarantee after having a full bathroom fitted. However, within a few weeks, we noticed a fault with our toilet seat. Despite reaching out to the owner multiple times, he consistently ignored us. Eventually, when we managed to speak to a staff member, they promised a callback, but we never heard back. It is evident that customer service is not a priority for them, as we have been trying to contact them for a year now. I am extremely disappointed with their inability to address even a minor issue; it makes me wonder how they would handle more significant problems.

Exceptional customer service from start to finish.The process from selecting the products, Building work and cleanliness.The builders were amazing came when they said they would, also they clean up everyday just before they leave for the day.Highly recommend using them.Personally after being put down by many other companies, this company worked out perfect as they have their own in-house builders which I have to say are astonishing.Thank you once again for the great service.

Purchased wall and floor tiles, are absolutely amazing. Excellent customer service. I was able to collect tiles even when there showroom was closed. Would highly recommend.

Brilliant business. Went into the shop not knowing what style to pick but the employee there couldn?t have been more helpful and useful providing me with a modern and slick bathroom. Installation was also very impressive as it was done quickly and also no mess left behind. No complaints about best price, 10/10.

Brilliant service. Was not sure with what patterns to go with, Hafiz went over multiple designs with myself and really made sure i was happy with what he showed me. Decided to buy tiles from this company for my kitchen and got heated flooring. Honestly such good quality and so pleased. Owner was lovely and so was his son who worked with him. I get apt of compliments on my tiles. Will defiantly be coming back to these guys when I renovate my bathroom this year.

Our previous bathroom was outdated and unmaintainable so we opted for a refurbishment. Hafiz responded very quickly and great communication throughout the process. The fitters also great communication throughout., they worked very hard and got the job done to very high standard. Don't touch these. Tried to review on checkatrade but to late as this as been going on for so long. Excuse after excuse given and I am sure another excuse will be given on this review. My mum is in her 80's and is very upset and stressed by all this but they don't care at all. Wrong pump now fitted twice. Two Independent people have confirmed this. Owner saying pump worked at his home. Well dah, this shows a complete lack of knowledge as he will have a different system. You have been warned.
