Very nice staff and food. It's hard to find a closer Italian experience, and this restaurant has definitely hit the spot. Much preferred experience over other Italian restaurants in and around Leicester!

Had a lovely lunch before cinema, I recommend the minestrone soup it was delicious, we tried the Camembert pizza with cranberry topping it was absolutely amazing!! It is a Christmas special however I would have that anytime of the year 5 stars for sure!!!

First time in years at Bella Italia and I can say for sure that the quality and standards are still the same. Ella served us and was an absolute darling and managed to memorise our entire order! Andre was lovely and so accommodating

Came in and the service was slow and the manager lady was rude. We complained about the pizza being dry and no tomato sauce base.. the carbonara was also dry and the bacon was just fatty ofcuts. I would not ever Recommend going. We have been before and was fine but this time was dreadful manager knew we was not happy and did nothing to rectify the problem. DO NOT EAT HERE

Emily was our waitress and I just want to say how amazing she was. She welcomed us in with a big smile, she was so lovely and catered to our every need. No problem was too big for her. Lovely experience overall, especially thanks to our waitress Emily.

Went on a Monday lunchtime, so can't comment on busier times, everything was perfect. Allergies were well catered for and staff had a clear understanding of coeliac disease. Fast service, friendly attitudes and generous portions.

Great food as usual. However, the service quality was beyond pathetic. We kept on waiting for everything. The restaurant was not even half full! Finally, we walked up to the till, paid our bill, and were literally relieved to get out of the place. Bella Italia, yes! But never to this branch again!

My partner and I went for a meal here and the service provided by Tyler was astounding. He was very friendly and could not have been more accommodating to our needs. The food was great and the evening was complemented with the friendliness and expertise of his knowledge. Could not recommend enough!!

We arrived as a walk-in and Gabi was super lovely and got us seated straight away and took our orders.
Drinks and Food both arrived in good time, was super tasty and the service was super friendly and a lovely experience!

What a fantastic establishment! My partner and I had the pleasure of dining there recently and were thoroughly impressed by the ambiance and the exceptional quality of the food. The three young ladies and the gentleman who served us made our evening truly memorable. It is an outstanding restaurant with an incredible staff.
