We was served by July, very lovely lady even asked if everything was okay once we got our food.
Food was great, can?t say anything bad about it, establishment was clean and tidy.

Wetherspoons doesn't offer much but offers more than this place at less than half the price.

Ms.Julie a lovely lady made sure we were taken care of. Every-time we visit leicester we come here and have our fish and chips. What i like best is that our grandchild can play in the soft play area. The place feels comfy and casual dining.

Food is probably what you expect, cheap but very mid. Beer prices have unfortunately risen past what you would expect at a proper local which is disappointing. Bit rough but fine.

A really lovely place to eat quality of food is excellent. Fantastic service staff/ managers are sooo friendly/ supportive & nothing is too much trouble! VERY disability aware & disability friendly. Will definitely be our go to place for the foreseeable future thank you x

Been here twice before and it was great with no faults.
Came with elderly parents at lunchtime last Tuesday and it wasn't a pleasant experience.
One order was completely wrong and after 30 mins came out again the very same! The chicken dishes were overcooked and dry and the salmon dish the same with a supposed Mexican salad in which had burnt sweet big potato chunks with the skin on in it.One meal didn't appear at all and we'd all had enough at this point so asked for refund of one meal! One dish reasonable was said and that was battered fish; but did look overcooked to me.We couldn't even be bothered to complain as we were pressed for time at this point.This was a great shame as we were hoping to have a nice time with our elderly parents and to visit again....The ambience wasn't nice either as some people were being extra loud and shouting at their tables.Cutlery was dirty too.
Sorry to say that on this occasion it was absolutely terrible and the staff appeared very stressed and unable to manage.

Kate who served us in wacky warehouse was a gem! So involved in making sure we were happy and comfortable. Bonus for giving the littlens straws!!?
