The totally tried to extort money from my mother in her 80s, I went there when I found they frog marched my mother for a deposit adn requested they refund the money. and the recptionist said we have got the money to refund you, come back later. in the after none,I smelt a rat there and then I met the rat of a the mangeress. This was unbelivable. I went back later the female so called Mangeress decided to lock the doors called me aggressive when I am disabled. Shes the one with a yank or Canadian accent, with a serious attitude problem, and is misandrogistic. Obliviously with her lack of communtication skills, and charlatan behaviour. I should have gone to SpecSavers, fancy trying to take advantage of a elderly person with dementia!

The staff and service here is fantastic. I have a condition in my right eye and was struggling fir a while until I signed up with Barot. They were experts in this field and I have never looked back since!

All the staff are very well mannered and answer us nicely. I am thankful to my friend who recommended them to me I strongly recommend them as they are good and speak many languages. The optician is also really helpful and explains the eye test to my boys. 10/10

Going to Barots for 12 plus years with my family. And they always helpful. Mr BAROT did our eye check now his son did it today and he was really good with explaining the test. Will be continuing to come here. Staff always smiling and helpful. 10/10

Barot Opticians have provided me and my family of 6 an excellent service for the past 15 years or so. All the staff welcome us pleasantly at every appointment and are always up for a chat to make us smile. There is a warm welcome feel whenever I attend an appointment , never a sense of disappointment. Both Dr Barots are always happy to explain everything in a simple and understanding manner even when it sounds a little bit sciency. With a number of opticians in my area, I still choose to travel that extra bit because I know the high-quality service I will experience at Barot Opticians!
