Ordered a electric fire through Banyo's website, it was delivered straight from their supplier. It was faulty but Mustafa sorted a replacement out and am happy with my experience. The fire was a really good price and would order from them again.

I ordered an expensive gasfire from Banyo and with hindsight I am so glad I went them. What really differentiates a good company from an excellent company is the aftercare you get. This is a company that really cares about their customers. Banyo (and in particular Mustafa) were superb when my gasfire arrived with dent in it. They apologized and swiftly rectified the matter without any excuses or complaints. They were extremely polite and understanding throughout. I would highly recommend them - so so glad I choose them.

Bought a Bette bath which we were assured would come in 3-4 weeks. Took 7 weeks & I had to drive over 200miles to eventually ensure I got it. I must have heard every excuse possible. The distributor drove my bath hundreds of needless miles it even past my house 5 times until it apparently arrived with Banyo damaged. Was first promised the bath in the 30th I received it after being told next week, then tomorrow then next week, then tomorrow & then tomorrow again. It was a total joke! Was promised compensation & a price reduction the inconvenience which they then went back on. They will no doubt write a BS response claiming it was not their fault, etc. I?ve heard it all before as I?m sure have you. If you have plenty of time & want to take a risk then proceed with an order. Or if like me when you purchase a premium product you expect a certain level of service & believe they have good manufacturer/ supplier relationships to ensure they can deal with any eventuality go elsewhere. Very pleasant to deal with initially then? Good luck to them but my experience was far from ideal. You have been warned!

If I could give this company zero stars I would, they took the order, gave me a delivery date and the item was not delivered from the supplier. I then contacted them and they gave me another delivery date, this time the incorrect item was delivered. So having waited in 2 days I still didn?t have the item I ordered. After contacting Banyo again, I am told the supplier can?t find the item, so they are going to cancel my order. They made no attempt to try and source this from another supplier. So beware when ordering anything from them they?ll take your money, and won?t deliver the goods. I?ve now been told I?ll have to wait 2-5 days for the money to come back into my account.

Products are very competitively priced and the service is good. I ordered a sink, which was delivered the next day. I later ordered a tap which unfortunately wasn't available from the manufacturer for many weeks, so the item was cancelled quickly and easily. I would buy from Banyo again.

Ordered in stock items with 3- day delivery. This items was not in held in stock! Items didn't arrive, no call back after chasiing 3 times. Had to initiaite refund 3 weeks later.
