Really bed customer service I call 5 to 6 time I want to close my account oll the time they said u need to activate your account and somebody call u soon as possible but nobody call me back I was trying to one month nobody halping me is really rubbish customer service

Difficult to find a branch manager who wants to help. Mr Sharma was very helpful and the 5 stars are just for him.

Very good service provided by the staff at the Leicester branch over the last 4 years.Viraj is a very experienced and knowledgeable lady who is always pleasant and happy to help with all kind of queries.Pranav has also helped with the process of transferring our FD opened many years ago into our savings account, explaining the full process and exactly which forms needed to be submitted. We managed to do all of this ourselves through online submission. The full process was completed within 3 weeks. Thank you for your help Pranav.Very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff.

Even though they changed their mind and created more work for all of you.You showed that the needs of your elderly customer is important to you . I visited the bank a couple of weeks ago to open an account we got a nice welcome and Viraj was fantastic she helped complete the forms?The account was confirmed and yesterday we went back for support with the app and again Viraj explained everything. Such a lovely and knowledgeable lady. Thank you Viraj an asset to the bank.

Never had such a bad customer service experience anywhere else. Can't believe they still use same process like India. I have also got SBI UK bank account but they are advance and fast in banking also have best mobile app. And look at BOB app? big joke ?.

Very professional and excellent team. They are serving to senior citizens and vulnerable customers with very polite manners. No banks are giving that type of helpful services. They all are dedicated to their job and the manager is the best we have.
