We attended B&Q on Saturday and I must say I was very impressed with the staff there especially Mark who helped us in the garden department outside. He also helped us load the car ? as the purchases were pretty heavy. A big shout out to Mark and to Sharon the sales assistant. Thank you for making the effort to go above and beyond ????

Shocking customer service by Ryan. Put me off returning which is a shame as the rest of the staff are usually really helpful. Ryan chose to be rude and personal this evening, not what you?d expect from management.

There are a lot of products that are out of stock and not being restocked. Service difficult to access and customer-unfriendly. Not very helpful.

Came down today to purchase a flush pipe for a concealed toilet system, unfortunately they didn't have one on the shelf, just as I was about to leave Hayley appeared to ask if everything was OK, I explained the situation and she got to work to find me one at the Leicester store which saved the day as I'd stripped everything out and turn the water supply off to the bathroom, thank you for taking the time Hayley and approaching me to see if you could help.
5 Star Rating given because you took the time to ask, thanks again. (I hope you get to see this as your an asset to the Wigston B&Q branch)

Brilliant, friendly, helpful staff. But when I collected the two corner shelves I'd ordered at £8 each I needed to buy four fixing pieces at £9 each. And the screws were extra. Although the website description mentioned that fixing pieces weren't included the cost rose from £16 to £52, a very poor bargain.
