The other week harish helped us loads with kitchen cupboards etc we have forgotten some things on our list so harish asked if we needed them which we did thank you.
And then andy helped us when we had to go back for something else both members of staff very helpful

A lady on cash n card till named Arti refused to take cash saying that we don?t take cash. I tried to complain but the manager was on lunch break ( another staff member told me )

Awful never have anything in stock the worst customer service although theres so much staff no organisation popped in for some flogas took ticket to cashier was told to go garden department no one to help went to 3 staff no one helped walked out brought my products elsewhere this has happened 3 times this year 2025 awful staff

Vile staff member on the till Extremely rude shouting I?m not going over and over it about a SCREW that my partner wanted to buy ? when the sign clearly says you can buy as you need. Why would you want to buy 10 when you only need one . Staff severely needs staff training and only backed off when I butted in at the way she spoke to my partner

Went to the wood cutting service area and Mo, working Tuesday 08/07 was amazingly helpful. I had multiple boards to cut all different sizes and he took the time to make sure I got exactly what I wanted!

I was informed by phone they cut wood to dimensions, I arrived in, guy from timber refused to cut 280mm slats into smaller pieces because they cut only from the larger board, a simple service I'd expect from such a store, what a joke.

Items required were in stock and it was nice to see there wasn't any damage to the packaging suggesting tampering/theft.

When there are 30 people in line to checkout, can you open more checkouts and when you do can you tell the people at the front of the queue rather than those at the back that a checkout is now available. It?s just common sense but then again you do work in b&q so common sense probably doesn?t occur

Visited the store today and staff couldn't be more helpful. Raj was managing the timber section, helped me make an informative choice and the proceeded to cut all the timber I needed very quickly, despite the elaborate cutting plan I had made. Lady at the counter was a pleasure and even as I left someone took away my trolley. Great work guys, and ty for the above and beyond service
