I was overcharged, staff were rude and unhelpful. No one was available at customer services and there was a large queue. Therefore I had no choice but to leave out of pocket. Avoid if you can.

Shopping on a Saturday, early afternoon, store was very quiet and plentiful of shelves empty and Dirty fridges! I know staff are very over stretched. Just going downhill

I recently attended and noticed the signs for where products were was incorrect. Just put it down to the fact that they were probably moving around items in store . I return this evening to find the signs are still wrong for where the products are so it says tea and coffee for instance, and it isn?t tea and coffee And every aisle is full of rubbish empty boxes cages it?s like they?re doing a full restock yet it?s 8 pm on a Monday evening. You can?t see up some of the Isles for rubbish. There is stuff all over the floor stock empty boxes a huge health and safety issue and a massive trip hazard?Really badly managed that should be done through the night I suspect as opposed to when there?s customers in the store really disappointed

Please be aware the customer service desk doesn?t open until 8 unlike advertised online. Luckily a lovely lady opened up a till and processed my return, otherwise it would have been a wasted journey!

Usually can get most of what I need, can vary each visit-sometimes more than a few items my shop is unavailable with no close substitutes. Really depends on time visiting. Main issue is shop floor staff collecting 'Online Asda Orders', they prioritise themselves over you - don't move, lean over or around you and never ever smile or apologise if they cut you up.

It seems a shame how this store has gone down hill rapidly!!!! Considering it use to have separate George desk, Home & Leisure, Customer service , and Photo kiosk at the front of the store.It's an Absolute shambles now Not up to standards by any means.Close it..Revamp it and make it worth visiting again !

We visited Asda this morning (17/1) and it was as cold inside the store as it was outside. Very unpleasant situation to shop in. The staff were also extremely cold inspite of wearing gloves and scarves. I will not visit the store again, in the near future.

The staff at Asda Superstore Thurmaston are extremely helpful and polite. We have been going to this store for nearly 15 years and we have never been disappointed. The prices have always been at a cheap price and have been at a 5 Star Quality. Food, Clothes and Home items are outstanding with price and quality.
