Ordered from Amazon tried to collect on Monday and Asda locker system was down. Las day of collecting was Sunday so went there 4:30pm to which lady told me we r closed and Asda closed 5pm. I insist I need today as can?t be back and forth. To which she relied system was not down for week( as if I am liar)I told her I lying in polite way to which she called security and security her self confirmed that system was down earlier this week..Asked serving lady name and she replied she won?t give name because I?m complaining?. Really feel very much insulted
.
Definitely will calm my self now as it was just before few minutes . And going to complain as highest authorities as I can as it?s feel very insulted.
Shameful incident happened around 4:40pm 05/01/2025 (so u can check camera )near collection point and also was speaking to security .

Complete shambles. Visited for the first time on Friday morning, was hoping to do a large shop. Shelves were empty, trollies left all over the shop floor, empty cardboard everywhere, online order staff rushing around the shop to pack orders. Disappointed, won't bother going here again.

Can't believe how the prices add up in this place. Its shocking. Came out with 2 bags of food for £70
compared to 4 bags from Morrisons that cost me £56. How is it always more expensive here?! My mind boggles. So, sorry Asda it's turrah from me and mine

My friends & I went first time to asda store and we work for asda so we thought it would be great to buy something from asda but we disappointed because their staff was so rude and arrogant we need help with something and they behave like they are something and we didn?t know anything. Obviously we feel heartbroken because we pick that item in asda warehouse and this type of behaviour we have to tolerate ?

My daughters and wife went to the cafe for a meal on Saturday 30/11/24 and ordered the food only to be served by an unhygienic person who whilst preparing their meal was touching the bin and scratching his nose no gloves , my daughter asked the guy to was his hands and put some gloves on , watched by other other customers in the queue who said the same thing to him, my daughter asked to cancel the order and call the manager who was just as unprofessional about the whole thing and took over 20 minutes of arguing to get her money back
Will not be using Asda again
Other customers walked away from the counter as well

The Asda Cafe got away with charging twice as much for the food as they said the till was down and used the one in the main part of the shop.

Tall security guard actet like a street thug definitely not trained properly went into buy a lottery ticket first then had a quick look around .they were clearly seeing what I was doing with there cameras just because I didn't buy anything they ordered me search my bag.
Both of security needs to go back to the training school.

Today i brought sweet juicy berry medley from asda and when i bck home and try to eat found fruit worms in the box and it is alive as well. Iam pregnent it is very bad experiance for me.

Self service is awful. Needed someone to confirm your using your own bags, but every time the staff manning it are always too busy chatting to each other or just wondered off or just ignoring all the red lights. It's a simple job, really how hard is it. Yet I was stood waiting for at least 5 mins today. I went to go to a manned till, but there was only 1 on with a super long queue all with big trollies. I asked security if I could just go to the kiosk/customer service desk but he said no as it's only for cigarettes and lottery, which isn't true because they have the food to go sandwiches and drinks there. Other Asda's are never as bad as this on.

5 stars, merely for Paul, the head of security. As the first guy you see on the way in, ans the last guy you see on the way out, it's important to have the right person and he is exactly that!
Great smile, happy to have a little chat but you can see he is still checking the cameras and people, he's just always on it!

Worst experience ever at this store,only 1 till open with more then 20 trollies in the queue.Only one member at the scan with more then 10 trollies waiting.Half of the shelves empty wrong pricing on items.Not a single member of the staff to help.

Great selection of pretty much everything but the staff are so thick. You ask them a question and they look up from their slumber it seems with a durr expression on their face and they cannot tell you where something is. And thats staff that appear to have been there a long time.
Went again yesterday and the old indian guy at self scan was acting like he owned the place and was so unprofessional and grouchy. Made me really uncomfortable yet i had loads of items to scan.

Iv shopped at Asda for a few years now but I?m going to shop else where from now on. Asda pickers are everywhere blocking aisle, it?s touch and go if the bakers are baking fresh bread, I also had to take a bottle of expensive sauce back that was 8 mths out of date, scan and go hasn?t worked for weeks now and you seem to be getting very expensive, you seem to be felling to bits from what you was, sorry but bye Asda
