Jess had been great at my order's placed with her help. But it went missing and I had to wait for it and was credited twenty pounds but I haven't seen it cause I changed my bank account to another bank. Then I received the order that was replaced and I again ordered over the phone with a Asian man who sent out the wrong size beading. No one found the missing order I presume or it has been lost in transit. Then I called via chat and then email's with Julie who has been showing a lot of helpfulness to the issues raised and helping me out at no extra cost. So overall the company has great staff and a occupational pratt.

These guys will take your money, then not bother sending your goods to you. No contact two weeks after ordering. STAY AWAY.Update - this is for order AS 6069. I have sent a few emails (as requested below), but no response so far. Can I have a refund ?

Please read whole review.Sadly 2 weeks and no delivery and no communication. Rang today they said they would ring back in hour as busy with customers, some joke.No call, so rang them again after an hour, message said they were closed, not impressed would not recommend. Tomorrow requesting a refund that should be interesting see if they remember I am a customer under those circumstances.Have to say that contact was made next day and the following day table arrived. So all is forgiven as such a good quality table looks great all resolved thank you.

On on 25 October, I ordered a Salisbury Arbour and paid £230.99, with a promised delivery date of 30 October. As at 8 Nov, still no news despite several attempts to ring and email Armstrong Supplies. I've contacted my credit card company to advise this transaction needs to be annulled as I've not received the promised item and Armstrong has been unresponsive. My advice is to avoid ordering from this company.

Ordered through amazon. Item didn't arrive and was refunded £12 as a gesture. When it did arrive it was the wrong item. I ordered 3 inch perforated drainage pipe and was sent 2 inch. Rang and the guy on the phone said he would get someone to call me back and they didn't. I rang several time to an answer phone then saying they were closed. Not impressed and will not use them again. I wasted my money!!!

Waited in for a 7am-7pm delivery. Apparently dispatched but it did not arrive. The 2 phone numbers I have, one asks to text (text was never received) and the other number just says office is closed even when phoning during office hours. Sent a number of emails but no reply. The item is a pack of ply-wood so I have to be in for delivery.Edit: Still unable to contact via phone, I did eventually get an email via Amazon contact (no responses from their direct email) saying the delivery will be today - one week after original delivery date 8am-4pm and then I got a call from an apologetic person saying it was definitely arriving today which is good as I had to rearrange things to wait in. It arrived about 12.45 in decent condition and offloaded onto footpath adjacent to my property. Good price for what I received but be aware that there may be delivery and communications issues especially as Leicester went back into lockdown.

I ordered goods from Amazon nearly 2 weeks ago, website still saying 'not dispatched'. I've emailed and asked for an update or a full refund as I can't wait any longer. I understand times are difficult but surely it's not difficult to keep customers informed?Amazon should review who they're selling through.

I've ordered goods from here of amazon over 2 months ago. Amazon said I would get refund. I've both emailed and messaged through the email number you have provided and yet still to receive any payment back into my account. I orded it to get ready for my baby if, I haven't got enough on my plate. You could atleast refund the £35 THAT I PAID BACK....
