Don't buy from them. It's 2025 and their technology is still underdeveloped. I went to pick up the product I bought and they asked me for an Argos card. I couldn't get the product I paid for because of the Argos card. I drove 40 minutes and came back empty-handed. It's a truly disgusting place and the staff are not very helpful.

I have shopped here several times easy to order from home and pick up in store cutting down on the time spent. Convenient plentiful free parking.

Worst customer service ever. The manager Sam was very unhelpful. Then met with another colleague Cindy who was way worse. She destroyed my package when I brought it back for return. The reason for them not accepting the return was that the item was dusty. I have attached images of the dust they?re talking about. It can not even be seen with human eyes. Please zoom in and have a look at it. Then they said it had hair on it. I asked Sam to show me the hair he said the hair flew away. Do they think customers are stupid!? I have also attached a picture of the way they were opening and packing the item. Threw the cleaner bottle to my feet and was shoving the items in the box. Sam said to take the item back and I should clean and bring it back and they will accept return. When brought back Cindy told me that Sam advised her not to take the item back and she can not go against the managers decision. Asked her to call the same manager so he can check but she said he?s on lunch so he can?t come. So why waste my time and destroy my package!? Absolutely horrible.

Don't buy from them. They think we buy everything from them after we use them from somewhere else which makes it impossible to return the purchased item if we are not satisfied with the quality or performance of the item we purchased. Even if the return window is 30 days from date of purchase and we try to return it before the return window closes. Never had such ***experience from any others. Awful staffs and customer service. Applies to every argos store(experienced from 2 stores in Leicester . Spend £1000 already for the worst experience. Never going to them again.

I want to commend Sadie for her outstanding competence in handling my return and the collection of new items. Despite the system glitch?showing five items in stock but only making one available immediately and the rest later in the week?Sadie resolved the issue with impeccable skill and efficiency. Her professionalism and dedication turned a potentially frustrating situation into a memorable and positive retail experience. Truly impressive service!

We were served by BINA at Argos Fosse Park . She was such an amazing staff who voluntarily came towards us as we were being confused on the self service machine to purchase our product .she guided and gave us tips & informations & helped us in purchasing our product . We never had such amazing service experience in other Argos .. she is indeed special one who sincerely and truly love her work and helping the customer ,very friendly & helpful and excellent service .
We have to say that she does her job amazing and her commitment should not go unnoticed.
We truly appreciate the great experience we had from BINA today (3rd of Oct 2024 ) at Argos Fosse Park .

Argos put their PROFIT lines first and customers LAST!!! Why you should NEVER purchase from Argos in Gary?s (Argos Store Managers) words (a catalog retailer) because you LOSE most of your consumer rights that full retailers can offer you. Just purchased an Apple product and we did open it but within 24 hours of purchase we returned it because we found out it was going to be a discontinued line! Argos (Gary) said they don?t care they sold us a discontinued line their policy is clear - you opened it and used it so TOUGH YOU SHOULD HAVE DONE YOUR RESEARCH to find out it was going to be discontinued !!! ARGOS take NO RESPONSIBILITY and Gary said take it up with Apple. Apple have said had we purchased it from them they would have sorted this for us but it?s up to the Seller! THERE IS LITERALLY NO BENEFIT FROM PURCHASING FROM ARGOS AND THEY WILL TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY! Had we purchased this from anywhere else: John Lewis, Apple, etc they would have accepted the return. Gary from Argos have CLEARLY said we used it in 24 hours and therefore lose our consumer rights with Argos had we purchased it anywhere else we would have been fully covered! Lesson learnt, never purchase anything of high value again from ARGOS you are not fully covered!! I only bought it from Argos because I have family member that works there - NEVER AGAIN. Gary also said I am treading a fine line because I knew someone that worked there. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Always purchase from a reputable retailer to feel fully protected. We are gutted because Apple said they would have accepted the return and fully refunded us.
