I recently purchased an iPad at the store and the staff were absolutely amazing and helpful. One member of the team, Ihtisham was extremely knowledgeable and patient with us. He is an extremely useful assets to the company and I will continue to shop at apple due his fantastic service.

We went to buy an Apple TV 4K, and it went pretty smoothly. The Apple Store employee helped me with everything like picking the correct model and the overall environment was perfect. It was clean, but very busy. I really enjoyed my time with Apple Highcross, and im sure I?ll be coming back again.

First class service from Alexandra who helped with a complex trade in and credit and AppleCare purchase. She was very patient and did her utmost best to help and resolved my issue completely. This was also supported by others in the store (George/store manager). I was apprehensive after some reviews but the service I received was excellent and I would recommend the store. Simon and Taylor wow these guys went above and beyond not only did they turn the negative to positive they went all out. I booked an appointment thru apple support came in an Asian apple worker said he can't help move from andriod to ios as its apple. But Simon and Taylor went out there way to help thanks

Poor service.
Ended up going next door to John Lewis and bought the same item £120 cheaper.
With 2 years warranty not the 1 year apple offered.

Shocking service received today. Made an appointment for a battery change. Booked in with a member of staff in plenty of time for my appointment. I was directed to a stool & advised that someone would be with me shortly. I waited for 15 mins, & in that time counted approx 8 staff members doing nothing other than chatting to each other & cleaning. Sensing my frustration, a member of staff came over & took my details, only to advise me that my appointment had been cancelled!!! WHY?
Save your time & avoid this store, go round the corner to ? ismash ?, who are cheaper, polite, efficient & friendly.
