first time experience.not happy with my haircut.I wanted 2/3 layers or steps and she said it would be layer in the back but it was not.also in the bottom she did it straight.probably they do the same cut to everyone.before cut not even ask how you want.After finishing i didnt like the straight line so told her to do “U”...
