Like co op products but dont get there any later than 3.00pm theres not alot left even basics like bread with one day left on it,and carrots.could do alot better.

Been using this shop since June 2001 when I moved in the road. Staff came and went, with some staff being cordial and polite and some plain rude. You need to smile and talk to the nice ones and ignore the rude ones.... in all local shops, as only a few staff, you notice the characters. In the big shops you can't even remember the staff. The shop has had many changes through the years. Prices are higher than other shops but it's ok for local who do not want to drive far to get items they forgot in the weekly shopping. If you use the Coop card the prices are better. Whole in all, it does what expected: plus it sell this amazing wine at £ 4.50 which I cannot find anywhere else and the best sourdough seeded bread. In order to improve they should invest in Customer Care Training for some of the staff.

The staff was so rude when I ask for the refund!!
No after sales services at all!!!!
Already so expensive and not worth the money we spend with the staff attitude ???

Useful location with good opening hours. The car park is better now that the car-sales place can't use it to store their cars.
Some staff can be a bit abrupt, but some customers are unpleasant.
No decent / safe bicycle parking which is unacceptable in this day & age.

Shop is usually good with friendly assistants but the security guard was outside on the phone to someone so i had to rob the shop out off spite,

Extremely rude staff. Constantly talking on their headsets to each other. No acknowledgment of their customers. I try to avoid this shop unless I?m desperate.

Great customer service from Donna. Didn?t say one word to me, was too busy talking to the person in her ear about what she?s watching on TV.

1 particular staff member named Donna (older lady) has no customer service skills; She is constantly talking on her phone/ through headphones to family members chatting instead of actually acknowledging the customer whilst serving. This has happened numerous times and I dread being served by her- she has no manners- no please/ thank you at all!
I'm so happy they have self- service tills now- so I don't have to be served by ill- mannered staff! She should be sacked now she has been replaced by a better machine!
