Me and my workmates have stayed in lots and lots of premier inns all over the country for the last 10 years from wales .cornwall.cambridge. to up north.and this premier inn is by far the best. From reception to bar staff and chef really nice staff very very helpful and the food was brilliant always hot .good portions.generally a good stay...thanks from the Onsite lads
Rooms: Nice rooms .tidy. good size
Safety: 2 vans on the carpark.slept with no worries about tools

Used it regularly meet my mates for a drink and meal now they have shut the bar and restaurant to local Poeple so will have to look somewhere else o yes they have done this to a lot of premium inns so think I?ll be booking into a different group now .

Friendly receptionist. Located in a quiet residential neighbourhood.
Rooms: I would recommend the curtains to be replaced with cotton like material for the rooms.

Great value for money. Outstanding service, particularly in the restaurant at breakfast and in the evening. Card payment system needs improvement to allow tips to be awarded to deserving staff.

Another great stay in Leicester , I have received warm welcome from receptionist Kim , nothing was too much trouble for her , all staff seems to be genuinely happy . Rooms very clean , but need a bit of upgrade .

Things have changed not as good as it was food is not good in the table to table food came out and it was cold poorly set out will not be going to stay there anymore.

We were disappointed that there was only one dining chair in the room. Two of us were in an accessible room so one person was told to sit on the bed. Otherwise it was like all other Premier Inns, lovely bathroom & comfortable bed.
