I weren?t too impressed with my meal. I had the ?Signature Burger?. The pulled pork and bacon toppings were slapped onto one side of the burger. Onion rings over cooked and slightly hard. Fries nothing special. Mayonnaise is Heinz light which tasted awful. Having a pricey gastro burger, I want proper mayonnaise. At the price of £23 with a lemonade, I won?t be returning.

We came here yesterday and we had the 2 courses for £20.95 on the lunch menu. Both courses were lovely and great value, will definitely go back again when I am passing Kegworth

Wonderful location on the banks of the river Soar. Clean well laid out with a good atmosphere. We were served by Sally and her teammate Cat. Great attentive service with a lovely smiles. Food was well cooked and presented, tasty also. Prices reasonable. We will be returning.

Went here for the first time on father's day and was pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere was good, the food and service was great given the day. However, went back today at 4:30 so after the rush and was unfortunately disappointed at the food and the service which was a shame.
We were still eating our starters when the our mains were brought to our table, not one but on two separate occasions. Subsequently, the food, especially the meat had dried out.
I'll give the place another go sometime in the future, but I'm hesitant!

Simple, streamlined online booking, text confirmation and booking reminder received. Friendly and engaging staff. Although busy, we weren't kept waiting for ages. 4 different meals ordered from Sea Bass, to Beef, to Belly Pork to a Chicken Skewer. Meal sizes were spot on, food was amazing. Our server even paid attention to the fact that it was once of our tables birthday and her dessert was presented on a platter with Happy birthday written in chocolate script, lovely touch.
Must add that the restorers a good Gluten Free menu too. Right next to the river, so views were lovely in the sunny evening.

We always go here for a couple of drinks before flying from East Midlands Airport as only 5 mins drive away.
Lovely location by the river. Great selection of drinks with a nice atmosphere.
