The food was lovely, and cooked spot on. Full of taste and very fresh indeed.

We had mushrooms on toast and also eggs Benedict followed by passion fruit cake, all very nice. Good coffee and excellent service, both staff very helpful. A good stop off the M1 for those who are tired of motorway services same old same old.

An excellent find. We were planning a trip north and needing to find a halfway pitstop that catered for vegans and was dog friendly. I sent an enquiry on a Sunday evening and got a reply from Martin nit long after. He even kindly reserved a table for us even though our arrival time was subject to traffic. When we arrived we had a warm welcome. The food and drink were great quality and very reasonably priced. Great value for money. This is definitely a go to place next time we are travelling on the M1. Highly recommend

Hidden Gem Kitchen what an absolute delight to visit! Such a friendly, cosy and welcoming place to eat. Highly recommended especially the eggs benedict/florentine and the yummy dark hot chocolate ? be proud of all you do.

The food was ok. Although I have to agree with previous reviews that say prices for what you get is a little steep.
I've seen the owners response in terms of ingredients, so I'll pay attention to that. We had a breakfast. One egg, one slice of thin cut back bacon, one chunky sausage, lovely button mushrooms or half a tomato, beans, one hash brown, and two halves of toast for £9.50. Service was pleasant and food made freshly. Ok, but not a must visit in my opinion.

A lovely cosy venue just off the main road. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Really good coffee and extremely tasty food. Very reasonable prices for good quality. Highly recommend a visit.
