Ordered gravel online, price OK, free delivery over £100, bonus, chose day of delivery, added bonus, got text to advise times driver expected, 14.15 to 16.15pm, OK with that too, was really amazed when at 14. 20, along came Harry with our order, would give more stars if I could, I am a grumpy shopper too,

well what can i say other than you guys brought tears to my eyes. my youngest son committed suicide 8 weeks ago and i wanted some turf for his grave. They got it from leamington to hinckley for me. They would not take a penney even wanted to give them£30 cash no no no they said. thankyou so much guys from the bottom our broken hearts ?THANKYOU xxxx

Bought a bulk load of slabs and was looked after by James who was amazing ..... however went back in yesterday and wasnt till we got home we realised we had been charged more for the additional 10. Called to find out why they were more to be told we should have said we had bought previous to get the same rate!!!! Bit poor really if you havent been told that or asked when purchasing. Poor customer service from that perspective.Just thought it best to let other people know who might be like us and not regular builders in the know with these places.
