I use this store primarily for collecting items ordered on-line. As a consequence, I do pick up one or two essential items whilst I'm there.
Unfortunately, on two occasions they have lost my delivery, usually explaining that their staff have put the item straight into the returns pile.
When a store offers this service you would think that the staff would be adequately trained. I am now £70 out of pocket, with no chance of recovering my purchases.
I would suggest that, in future, you train your staff to recognise delivered items from those that need to be returned. Maybe put the delivered items straight into storage to avoid this happening in the future!

Probably one of the worst local co op stores I've used
The staff are rude and unfriendly
This is a local store for local people ,it should be little community hub
Instead the staff seem like it's too much trouble to serve you often having non work related conversations on headsets
The prices are way too high so if you add that to the level of service you would be a fool to hand over your hard earned cash to this business
If much rather spend my money with the premier shop across the road as they might not have the same selection of products but they are friendly and always remember you
Customer service matters !!
Don't assume we have no choice but to shop with you

A great village store which has a wide variety of fresh produce. Staff always very friendly and there is always lots of parking. very convenient for parcel returns!

Used to use this place quite often but nowadays I find it more worthwhile to go the extra drive to Lidl or one of the main supermarkets for the following reasons:
Some staff members are drips with no common sense: I once saw a staff member ID a uniformed paramedic for an energy drink. Other staff members are just downright rude like Sharon. And finally the prices are a bit ridiculous. Like I said it?s worth the extra time to go over to Hinckley where you get cheaper products and friendlier staff. Having said that there is one young lad who works there and he?s a credit to the company. Always friendly and chatty when serving customers, I will genuinely miss being served by him.

Why is it every time I go into this store staff are totally blocking the isles stocking shelves and stopping you from getting by with oversize stocking trollies and totally ignoring your atemps to get by. Surely this would be better done early morning or later in the evening when less busy.

Discusted that the co-op has chosen to compete with a local business, mainly the excellent Easy-Laundry, which in less than a minute away,it will be the last time I use your store,I will use the one the other side of the road instead.

We asked one of the workers for help to find something and the worker stated ?we don?t have any of those? we looked around again and found them she was quite rude but other than that it was very good ?

Convenient friendly staff just Coop prices
