Use another branch in hinckley. Absolutely useless. Screw up orders all the time. Very unhelpful when you try and get it sorted. If you really want to use this branch then order on just eat so you can get a refund when they get it wrong. For this branch alone I've had about £80 refunded so far.

Ordered a Plant Picante yesterday with the plant patty and vegan cheese and then got to choose my own salad toppings and sauce which I just had lettuce and cucumbers since I didn't like all the preset vegetables so wanted to choose my own. Today I came in hoping to order the same thing, and the different server said I had to have all the preset salad items and I said I only want lettuce and cucumbers and that the server yesterday let me choose my own, so why is today different? Isn't the point of subway that the customer can request the sandwich to be assembled to their own liking not to their preset orders? What happened to making customisations to the customers likes and dislikes since I am the one paying for it? No wonder this place is always empty 9 times out of 10 and has like one customer at any one time even at peak hours. The servers are also very hard to understand which doesn't help. Not coming back again to a place that presets all the sandwiches with no options for the customer to choose their own toppings, ridiculous

The bread was stale and chewy and the fillings were minimal. I could barely taste the tuna I ordered. I feel pretty ripped off.

Awful food, Grill out of commission for over a week with no warning prior to ordering leaving you feeling obligated to finish the order and stuck with a badly textured falling apart expensive mess.

The atmosphere was absolutely appalling, not worth the money at all, vegetables were up high above the counter for some reason, could not choose your own filling anymore, asked for a a 6inch sun and barely filled me up, not a nice experience, go somewhere else.

For one the staff were very fast and didn?t put enough salad but too much sauce. Next the bloody door won?t stop a VERY loud beep every time it?s opened. If it was quieter I wouldn?t mind but it?s so loud I have a headache driving home. Would NEVER want to sit in with that racket.

I work for the ambulance service, visited on our 30min break at 1800. Food was ok, not the best I've had. Went back in at 1825 to use the toilet to be told I wasn't allowed and they had to close it at 1830. I told them I only a few mins left of break, they replied 'go to KFC'... looks like I won't be going back there again!

I would've even give 1 star for this placeStaff is so rude she said they are closing the restaurant at 18:15( 19:00 is actually closing time ) bread was so dry and the salad and pepper out of date definitely local authority need to step in and sort this place out

Very good and very clean place. Gives amazing feeling when entering the shop.... Just like a family there ....
