I?m not a trades person but a keen diyer, had to plumb in a downstairs toilet sink a washing machine, would normally visit the big branch outfits, but stuart plumbing in Hinckley had a tap in that I wanted at the right price so I gave it a try. The man serving was brilliant, told me exactly what I really needed and talked me through what?s the best way of doing the job, this chap knew his stuff and was very friendly, consequently I bought everything from them, finished the job and everything worked out spot on. Makes a change to use a company that employ people that know what they?re on about.

A very helpful and courteous plumbing merchant that puts the customer first!!Walked in looking to connect two waste washing machines to a U bend on a sink which was a custom fit.Sales advisor was so helpful and even offered an off cut piece of pipe to complete the job.He then provided me with the right O rings and carried out a 101 in plumbing and pipe work . Job done ??.Even got to meet Stuart the owner I presume as well and he was very welcoming as well. A credit to the trade and for us novice DIYers.I had to spend something for his time so bought a pack of Ultra grime wipes to say thanks.They also have loads of quality stuff on clearance at dead cheap prices bagged myself a shower tray reduced from £299 to £99!!!!Keep up the good work!
