My local store and have never had a problem. Service has always been quick and professional and plenty of parking.
I always use the app before I set off to the branch and very rarely has it been the case where this branch didn't have what I needed in stock.

This place as well as all the other screwfix locations offer excellent service and friendly staff,So i was a little confused this morning as i purchased my goods through the app as I've done countless times i was asked to type my order number on the tablet screen by the young lady before she could process the order !! ...In the past, I've just shown my reference/order number at the sales counter when collecting my goods and never been a problem...It was opening time i guess may be she hadn't her caffeine drink to fully waken her up or feeling lazy ! instead of inputting the digits herself, she demanded i punched them in.

Having just arrived from another place where the customer service was less than poor. I was served by a really welcoming, friendly young lad. Whilst waiting for my goods, a member of staff called Sandy finished dealing with another customer, she immediately asked if I was being dealt with.Really top customer service from both members of staff. Well done screwfix!
