Probably the least well stocked and under staffed Sainsbury's i have been to.
The smart shop scanner stops half way and we had to rescan everything and then the self scanner machine wouldn't accept our nectar vouchers.
We were simply told by a very busy staff member that basically it was tough and we would have to use them next time.
With all the competition for people's grocery money, Sainsbury's needs to do a lot better.

This store has been clean every visit I've made to date. Self service has been expanded and checkouts contracted. There is a problem with this that can easily be rectified. The problem is when scanning alcohol, you have to wait for a member of staff to verify age before you can pay. This is okay when quiet but when busy, it takes forever for age verification and this is extremely frustrating, especially when they promote self service as being fast and more efficient. They really need to have more staff on self service during busy periods.
Apart from this, a good store with friendly staff.

My no 1 go to supermarket, clean, efficient, well stocked, good smart shop checkouts, self-service and normal checkout too. Professional friendly staff. Car park free for customers with receipt. Escalators and lifts available. Restaurant also. Good customer services too. Range of Tu clothing and Habitat house products also.

Had unpleasant situation today - we parked went into store and there next to the door young couple laying on floor drinking wine. Looked totally drunk.
We went upstairs told security guy that there is couple drinking alcoholic drink in public place next to entrance where we came in with our 11 year old son. Sick
Security guy didn?t even seemed to be interested and basically did nothing finished our shopping and the young couple was still laying and drinking wine 30-45 min later same place.
Disappointed and disgusted!
