Purchased a jigsaw for present did nt get round to to doing straight away, finished it now to find 1 piece missing, which we did not loose , contacted there head office got a rude lady on the phone saying nothing they could do as out of 30 day warranty, explained it was a present and was nt completed within the 30 days and basically was told nothing they can do, I myself work in customer service and was shocked by her attitude did nt even try to help will not be using rymans again not because of the store but there customer service team

10 to 4 on a Sunday afternoon and I needed gloss print photo paper, only place I could get to witch had everything I needed, expensive stuff compared to some other places but I had no choice
