It?s a chain so you know what you?re getting but as far as Prezzo?s go this is a nice one. The dining space is small but well laid out with nice ambient lighting, though some of the chairs look like they?ve seen better days. Staff are really friendly and competent, only let down is the food specifically the gluten free pizza - the base was just gross, thin and soggy but their normal pizzas are much better.

Booked to eat early for a birthday, lovely atmosphere and birthday last recieved a free pudding, it was a really enjoyable meal for the 3 of us, food was gorgeous and served really hot and to your liking though sadly the calamari was a bit overdone, we said at the end as it was tasty just a bit chewy but was told that we should have said immediately and it would have been redone but it was really flavoursome. Main courses really hot and tasty puddings lovely. Atmosphere relaxing bit got busy as evening went on and the staff for very busy, seemed that they could have done with a couple of extra staff but on the whole a really lovely eveningDietary restrictions: Sadly I have an intolerance to tomatoes but I was bought a special folder giving me the ingredients for ask the meals so I knew what I had to avoid

Quick service, good size portions but expensive for what it is! Staff were friendly. All food was tasty. The only downside was the cost, for what we had it really wasn?t worth it. Look online at the menu before you order!

We went here for dinner tonight and we were very impressed. The staff were friendly and professional, the place was spotless, there was a nice atmosphere and the food was great. This is the second time we've been here in recent months and we really like it....sign up to their mailing list and you may get a voucher which is an added bonus!

Food was absolutely brilliant, service was slightly slow, but we were offered a free round of drinks, which more than made up for it. Great selection of delicious Italian meals, so would highly recommend :)

An absolutely superb evening with friends and family. Ellie was so helpful and kind, taking me through the allergen menu and making sure I could eat what I?d selected. She and Miss were very attentive, the food delicious, and the puddings! Yum!I?m looking forward to eating here again and will recommend.

We were casually celebrating our friend's 40th birthday and we booked a table for 7pm. We arrived a little too early but it was no problem! We were given an earlier slot by a very welcoming Boles?awa. I had a problem with the prawn Risotto which was very over cooked to the point that it was more like a soup, but Boleslawa quickly dealt with the situaltion and all was good in the end! The rest of the meal was good. Beer was very cold too!

Birthday meal have to say excellent service from all staff on our table could not fault anything Food couldn?t fault either yes is expensive we had some vouchers for free puddings which were lovely Like the atmosphere here can be noisy but that?s todays world as for staff if there having some fun good for them in these trying times it wouldn?t bother me it means they enjoy their jobs which is good Some people think you should now and scrape to them I for one say have some fun and enjoy your job you are all working hard well done Prezzo Hinckley
