Some benches would be nice!, regularly waiting over 30 minutes to be served, how do you expect OAP?s and heavily pregnant women to stand for so long?!!!!!RIDICULOUS

I can t believe how poor my experience was at Nat West Hinckley today. They have replaced people with ATMs but they seemed to have forgotten about those people such as the elderly who prefer not to use automated machines, or those (like me) who had a special query that needed the attention of a human being. Consequently I spent about 30 minutes in a queue waiting for one of the two clerks to become free. Annoyingly one of the clerks spent all her time sitting at her desk sorting out paperwork instead of helping customers. So basically there was one clerk dealing with a slow moving queue of at least 10 fed-up people. Whilst I was waiting I spent time looking at all of their promotional posters saying how wonderful they were.Goodbye Nat West you have lost a private customer. I will also be moving my business account elsewhere as you are just as bad serving businesses.

Every time I have had to go in to the bank I have been met with cheerful staff who will always go the extra mile to help. The service is excellent and I would definitely recommend this branch to anyone.

Perfect example of how NOT to provide a service.Queues out the door but only ever 1 or 2 cashiers on duty ( 1 will always go off duty at the busiest times), machines never work. Very unhelpful staff and is always the temperature of a foundry floor in there. Couldn't be more un welcoming if they tried.

Visited 30 minutes after opening to get advise on a procedure change which had not been notified to customers using. on line banking. Entered to a que of 5 trying to distance socially - one was not wearing a mask. During the 40 minute wait there was a steady stream of customers to pay in or obtain cash - a group of four entered maskless. A senior cashier came to assist the lone advisor approve his work twice. After 30 minutes a cashier came to assist one customer - the one in front of me. A few minutes later I was called forward and two minutes later had the information I required. Not once was an apology given by any member of staff. I did not feel covid safe. This was my first visit to the bank for a couple of month and a couple of the regulars in the que advised it was always like this. Will seriously consider whether I visit this branch again.

It's got a well managed routine these days, the change counting machine is really helpful and the staff are first class! There's wheelchair access and plenty of space to manouver inside.

had enough of waiting for poor service. Chatting staff and no sense of urgency at all. One person on the counter with over a dozen in the queue. Poor slow service and always wanting you to use machines.

wow, no wonder they're slowly being replace by machines. the staff would rather chat to their friends about how Tv's not like it used to be than serve the ever growing line of customers.

Very good service and always explanatory when there is an issue or problems with waiting time. Business service and personal banking is a good as many high street banks. Off course they could be better with more service counters with more people but not always that busy for many more.

I waited over 25 minutes in a queue today, very hot & humid, no fans or air con. Too many machines and not enough staff. The young girl who served me was patronising, not apologetic regarding the wait & slow. I am very dissapointed in the service at this branch.

This particular bank needs to improve. If you go there when it's even slightly busy, you're in for a huge wait. It's nearly all machines not staff and when the machines don't accept the cheques properly (which is frequent) you just have to wait in an often large queue. Family member of mine waited 40mins to put one cheque in as the machine didn't accept it. I just wish they had more humans available to serve customers. Poor service.
