Visited today with my granddaughters who are both autistic after grabbing a few items we went to the cafe for lunch. There was quite a queue to order and my granddaughters sat at a table I could see them at and were quite patient, the patience wore off before the food arrived (not a long time but a long time for them) to some it may have appeared they were being naughty not that they were anxious as things were not as expected after the food arrived a drink got spilt all over the table and floor. Without asking one of the restaurant staff appeared with a mop and sorted out the spillage, another replaced the spilt drink whilst another offered sensory toys. This efficiency and understanding of the staff was so welcome, and far different to other experiences of taking my grandchildren out which can result in rolling eyes and tutting.
A great example of inclusivity and education, thank you to the staff (sorry I didn?t get their names but they were working at 12 on Thursday 28 August), for their attention and action it was greatly appreciated and would encourage me to visit again.

Would recomend this place to anybody there cafe is elite and there shopping area is amazing too, it's always got the stuff I need and never cost more the 80 pounds for a full fridge freezer shop with other food items.

This shop makes Aldi look great . The staff and store to say total utter rubbish they dont even know who the store Manger is. Useless staff sky high prices. These folks work hard at ignoring you to make Aldi look good.

Good for a breakfast within the Cafe, however the self serve counter was switched off, and the order online option seems to have gone. Tables could have been cleaner, but everything else was as expected. Not blown away by the experience, but the food was actually very tasty.

Extremely poor service ? specially for online deliveries for just eat , uber eats and Deliveroo , drivers have to wait more then 1 hour for just few items . Manager is irresponsible and HR Managers needs to take quick actions , for extremely slow and poor service .. need more pickers and better training required to staff

Go here a few times a week. Have noticed dates seem very short in some items like 2-3 days. Some prices seem to be a bit more expensive than Lidl and Aldi. Staff always present. We often have a trolley and a half of items as we shop not only for us but two other housebound relatives. They are normally good and open a till for us.

Customer experience ?Poor??. Lowest motivated staff? indicating poor management incentives? Worst of all; Uncompetitive pricing ! Always pushing for ?deals?? STUFF the DEALS? I will not succumb to their over pushy pricing tricks.

The food quality was above average, price range on most food and hygiene products is above average, safe even more with savers Morrisons card. Free parking bay outside store with plenty of leeway for time spent parking. Would visit again as it's reasonably priced for most products sold here.
