Sally made our impromptu date night really special, chatted to us lots and kept checking in on us to make sure everything was OK. The meat was cooked very well as we had ordered (Butcher's block so variety of cuts) and the scallops with pork belly might just be a new favourite! Thank you Sally and the kitchen at Miller and Carter Hinckley.

Absolutely devine steak here, great service and delicious food, good childrens food as well, great way to enjoy steak your way plus new sauces I've not tried before!! It's a 10/10 from me ? we absolutely LOVE it here, Leon is lovely and has great Customer Service.

We had a lovely meal at Miller & Carter. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was great ? busy but still really enjoyable. Our server, Sally, was fantastic. She was so friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. Thank you, Sally, for such great service!
