I needed a quick top-up charge for my EV whilst also needed to get something to eat, so decided to pop in to McDonald's. Big mistake!
Having put my car on charge, I went in to the 'restaurant' and placed my order at one of the self-service boards. Bearing in mind that I only ordered a quarterpounder with cheese and a medium fries, I had to wait an incredible 17 minutes for my order - I'm sure it wouldn't have taken that long if I had gone through the drive-thru.
When my order was finally ready, the person who handed it to me mumbled an apology for the wait without any eye contact.
The only thing that worked well in this experience was the EV charger, but due to my extended wait for my food even that cost me more than expected.

Our food took ages, when it did arrive we were missing 2 cheese burgers at the counter and when I got home the Double quarter pounder with cheese had no cheese! Had to rush my dinner then go back and get the correct burger!

Just overall pissed off really mess up my order and always get it wrong I had a meal and it come with all lettuce and more that I did not want just ordered uber eats order and then it got cancelled left with no food for our dinner this McDonald's oml

Waiting on a delivery using uber eats. On my 3rd delivery driver. An hour has gone by... no food. Messaging with the driver he says they don't care what the drivers say. Apparently it's not even busy... My food will probably come cold too. Absolute joke.

waited 20 min for food. When it arrived the fries were half empty and the milkshake had been standing so long it was like milk, not a thick shake. Grumpy service too from a young man with no name badge.

Absolutely awful. Ordered in the drive thru as I had the dog with me. Got told to park up. 40 mins later and still no food. I ended up calling them to ask if I was likely to receive it soon. They were very apologetic, but I was not the only person who'd been waiting for ages. Food was clearly left for ages before I got it. Fast food, it was not. Will go elsewhere in future.

Worst McDonald's in the Area, foods always cold, service is terrible, I recently had one guy say "we can't find your order, can I just put a bag of food together and give you that". They constantly tell people to park up when there is no available parking. Used to be a good McDonald's but since the refurbishment it's gone really down hill. My partner could hear a female workers screaming behind about customers. Awful
